All repair work is subject to a prior inspection and quote. Quotes are estimates based on the information and damage visible at the time of assessment; additional work discovered once a repair is underway may affect the final cost, and we will always confirm this with you before proceeding.

We aim to complete all work to a high standard using manufacturer-recommended materials and techniques where applicable. Any workmanship guarantee will be confirmed with you in writing at the time of booking.

Vehicles left with us are done so at the owner's risk, though we take reasonable care to secure and protect all vehicles on our premises. We recommend removing valuables before leaving your vehicle with us.

For insurance-related repairs, we will liaise with your insurer where instructed to do so, but the contract for repair work remains between you and Pro Group Repairs Limited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
